Complete conversion kit to upgrade the listed 6-volt Honda mopeds to a CDI ignition and a 12-volt electrical system.

• Suitable for Honda C50 OT, C70 OT, Dax 6 volt, Chaly 6 volt, and Monkey 6 volt
• Provides higher light output, enabling a 25-watt headlight
• Improved battery charging current for more adequate operation of electrical components on the battery
• Maintenance-free due to the elimination of breaker points
• Stronger and more reliable ignition spark
• Pickup modified by 4taktwinkel to fit well into OT crankcases
• Slightly lighter flywheel for a sharper throttle response of the engine
• Flywheel fits the crankshaft using the included adapter sleeve
• Lighting generator delivers approximately 35 watts
• Choose from plug connections: 3.5mm bullet connectors, a 4-pin plug, or a 6-pin plug

The kit is supplied with installation instructions. In most cases, the flywheel fits under the original cover. We can advise you on a suitable cover or explain any necessary modifications. Tip: also purchase the correct 12-volt bulbs. If your model is not listed, please contact us to check compatibility. We can also install this kit for you.

Please note: does your Dax, Monkey, or C50 have a flat Hitachi flywheel (a crankshaft with a short tap)? Then this kit will not fit! Contact us first if you are in doubt.
